For the second time (after Berlin in 1999) an ICANN meeting will take place in Germany.

For the second time after Berlin in 1999, an ICANN meeting will be held in Germany. This time, the Hanseatic city of Hamburg will welcome the participants of the ICANN78 Annual General Meeting from October 21st to 26th, 2023 in the newly renovated CCH.

We are delighted to be able to support the ICANN meeting as a platinum sponsor.

ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) is a central body responsible for the administration and coordination of the Internet. It ensures that IP addresses and domain names are uniquely assigned and managed in order to ensure the stability and proper functioning of the Internet.

ICANN has also enabled the introduction of new gTLDs (Global Top-Level Domains), which has led to a significant expansion of the domain name system.

ICANN meetings are generally held three times a year, each in a different city. During the Corona pandemic, only virtual meetings took place.

We are convinced that the ICANN78 Annual General Meeting in Hamburg will be a success. Hamburg is a modern and international city with a strong Internet economy. We are looking forward to welcoming the participants of the meeting to our city and supporting them with our offers and services.
